The False Alarm: The Energetic Mechanics of Panic Attacks

PANIC ATTACKS / ANXIETY / FIGHT OR FLIGHT

”I’m dying. I’m definitely dying.”

You are standing in line at the grocery store, and suddenly your heart is beating 160 BPM. The walls are closing in.

Doctors call it a Panic Attack.

Spiritually, it is “The Mars Strike.”

Medical: The Adrenal Dump

Biologically, your Sympathetic Nervous System (Fight or Flight) has malfunctioned. It has dumped a massive dose of adrenaline into your blood because it thinks you are about to be eaten. Your body is preparing to fight a tiger, but there is no tiger. It is a terrifying biological lie.

Spiritual: Mars Attacking the Moon

In Ancient Egyptian Astrology (The 7 Planets), this is a “Hot Mars” issue:

• Mars: Rules Defense, Heat, Speed, and Adrenaline.
• The Moon: Rules the Body, Safety, and Comfort.
• The Dynamic: Your energetic “Security System” (Mars) is set too high. It perceives a minor stress (a thought, a smell, a noise) as a life threat. Mars instantly attacks the Moon to “save” it, causing the body to overheat and panic. You are not crazy; you are just biologically over-defended.

Scalar Waves: The System Reset

You cannot reason with a panic attack. You have to change the frequency.

The Scalar Energy Pyramid acts as a “Cooling Agent” for the nervous system.

• The Mechanism: Scalar Energy promotes “Parasympathetic Dominance” (Rest and Digest). It sends a “Safety Signal” directly to the Vagus Nerve.
• The Result: We use the Scalar Field to lower the temperature of your Mars energy. It convinces the energetic body that the war is over. The heart rate slows, the “doom” feeling evaporates, and the Moon remembers that it is safe to breathe.

Silence the Siren

Your body is trying to protect you, but it needs to know the war is over.

24 hours after your session, you will receive my signature 13-Page Healing Report. I will work to reset your “Alarm Threshold” and ground your energy.
