Eclipz Wellness

I facilitate complimentary somatic therapies that assist in releasing trapped emotions and regulating the nervous system.
If you are feeling exhausted, unmotivated, lacking energy, having challenges with addictive patterns of behaviours, feel like you are living in survival or have lost direction in life give me a call.

I work with clients over Zoom. Using the wisdom of the body and the unconscious mind to release negative thought patterns, stuck emotions and old beliefs, helping clients to go from surviving to thriving in their lives.
