I am the owner of Kintsugi, believing that all healing makes everything even more beautiful. I am a certified wellness practitioner, NADA SA Trainer and auricular acupuncturist, cupping therapist, graphologist and NLP Life Coach. I am passionate about holistic approaches to healing, wellbeing and personal transformation. I am also an official stockist with Wild Plum Growers of complementary supplements and medicinal mushrooms such as Reishi and Lion’s Mane among others, for healing. Through Kintsugi I combine traditional and complementary wellness practices with mindfulness and self-development to support individuals on their journey towards greater balance, resilience and wellbeing.
