I am a Health and Wellness coach. I provide life coaching and therapeutic therapy such as Hypnotherapy and Root  Cause Therapy and mindfulness congntive coaching.Most of my work is with parents and individuals that are seeking a happy and positive change.I help my clients get to where they strive to be in life and find their own strengths to achieve in the areas that they need to work on such as personal goals, reducing stress, finding solutions to any roadblocks preventing them from living a healthy and happy life.
