Categories: Therapist

I am a psychologist, therapist, and certified coach specializing in working with adults, adolescents, and children. I support individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, life crises, psychosomatic disorders, low mood, and identity issues. In my work, I value mindfulness, authentic connection, and respect for each person’s individual story—I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel understood and safe.

I provide therapy based on the cognitive-behavioral approach, integrating elements from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), schema therapy, and narrative therapy. I also incorporate psychodietetics, mindfulness, art therapy, and psychosomatic methods to help clients restore balance between body and mind.

How can I support you?

I work with individuals who:

– struggle with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or burnout,
– are going through grief, breakups, career changes, or other life crises,
– experience difficulties in relationships, low self-esteem, or emotional regulation,
– suffer from psychosomatic symptoms such as insomnia, migraines, or chronic tension,
– wish to take better care of themselves, strengthen their psychological resilience, and live in alignment with their values,
– face challenges with eating habits, eating disorders, or body image issues,
– want to build healthier lifestyle habits and improve their psychophysical wellbeing,
– are seeking personal growth, greater self-awareness, or a change in life direction.

I offer individual online sessions in both Polish and English.

Therapeutic Approach

In my therapeutic practice, I work with:

– Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – developing psychological flexibility,
– Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – goal- and resource-oriented work,
– Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) – transforming harmful beliefs,
– Schema and Narrative Therapy – exploring life stories and recurring patterns,
– Psychodietetics and Mindfulness – supporting self-regulation, body awareness, and habit change,
– Art Therapy and Body-Oriented Methods – emotional expression through creative and sensory processes.

I always tailor my methods to the person, their life context, and the goals we collaboratively define.

I hold a Master’s degree in Health Psychology from the Medical University of Gdańsk and postgraduate diplomas in Psychodietetics, Biological Renewal, and Wellness.
